With the two bespoke youth sports training programs comprise three different phases: cultivation of interest, learning assessment and training development. At the end of the programs, participants will see significant improvements; thus create an excitement among young people with a lasting interest in sports. In addition, the youths are expected to be inspired through sports and sports wellness to adopt a positive attitude to life and to learn how to embrace challenges while reaching their dreams. The youth sports training programs have started since the end of April 2015.
